Licensing Information

Overview

Every beat purchased on TunesByCoco is licensed, not sold exclusively by default. The producer retains ownership of the master recording and underlying composition unless an exclusive written agreement is signed.

License Types

Beat Only License: Includes the final stereo file for recording, distribution, and standard commercial release usage.

Beat + Stems License: Includes the stereo file and stems/trackouts for advanced mixing and arrangement flexibility.

What You Can Do

• Record vocals and release songs using purchased beats.
• Distribute your music on streaming platforms and digital stores.
• Use the beat for performances, content creation, and promotional media.

What You Cannot Do

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the beat or stems by themselves.
• Claim copyright ownership of the instrumental production.
• Use content in ways that violate third-party rights or applicable law.

Attribution & Credit

Where practical, include producer credit as: “Prod. by TunesByCoco”.

Delivery & Access

Download access is provided after confirmed payment. Purchased files can be re-downloaded from your account’s My Downloads page.
